Welcome to ShoppingKarle.com (“Platform”).
This Platform is owned and operated by DMUSU PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office at:
# 503-D Santemarja, Imperial Heights, Chudiala Sudan, Kharar, Rupnagar – 140307, Punjab, India
For the purpose of these Terms of Service (“Terms”), “ShoppingKarle”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to DMUSU PRIVATE LIMITED, operating under the brand name “ShoppingKarle”.
“ShoppingKarle” is a brand name and does not represent a separate legal entity.
By accessing or using this Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Nature of Platform (Marketplace Model)
ShoppingKarle is an e-commerce marketplace platform as defined under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, enabling independent third-party sellers (“Vendors”) to list and sell products directly to customers.
- DMUSU PRIVATE LIMITED acts solely as an intermediary
- We do not own, manufacture, or directly sell products listed by Vendors
- The contract of sale is strictly between the Customer and the Vendor
We are not responsible for:
- Product quality, safety, or legality
- Accuracy of product descriptions
- Warranty or after-sales services
2. Seller (Vendor) Responsibility
Each Vendor is responsible for:
- Accuracy of product listings
- Pricing and applicable taxes (including GST)
- Order fulfillment and delivery
- Handling returns, refunds, and customer grievances
Vendor details (including name, address, and contact details) will be made available as required under applicable law.
3. Eligibility
You confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or
- Using the Platform under parental supervision
4. User Account
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain confidentiality of your account
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation.
5. Product Information & Listings
- Product listings are provided by Vendors
- We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability
- We reserve the right to remove or correct listings
6. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are in INR
- Prices may include/exclude GST as specified
- Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways
- We do not store payment details
7. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled due to:
- Vendor rejection
- Stock unavailability
- Pricing errors
- Fraud detection
Refunds will be processed as per Refund Policy.
8. Shipping & Delivery
- Managed by Vendors or logistics partners
- Delivery timelines are indicative
- We are not liable for delays caused by third parties
9. Returns, Refunds & Replacement
- Governed by our Refund Policy
- Final decision may rest with Vendor subject to applicable laws
10. Grievance Redressal (MANDATORY – India Compliance)
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020:

11. Prohibited Activities
Users shall not:
- Engage in fraudulent transactions
- Post misleading or false information

- Attempt to harm the Platform
12. Intellectual Property
All Platform content is owned by DMUSU PRIVATE LIMITED.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted service
- Error-free operation
- Accuracy of Vendor content
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for Vendor-related issues
- We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed the order value.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify DMUSU PRIVATE LIMITED against any claims arising from:
- Your misuse of the Platform
- Violation of Terms
- Disputes with Vendors
16. Compliance with Indian Laws
The Platform complies with:
- Consumer Protection Act, 2019
- Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020
- Information Technology Act, 2000
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Courts at Rupnagar, Punjab, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
18. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Changes will be effective upon posting.
