REFUND, EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

ShoppingKarle.com (“Platform”) is owned and operated by DMUSU PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office at:

# 503-D Santemarja, Imperial Heights, Chudiala Sudan, Kharar, Rupnagar – 140307, Punjab, India

For the purpose of this Policy, “ShoppingKarle”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to DMUSU PRIVATE LIMITED, operating under the brand name “ShoppingKarle”.

ShoppingKarle is an online marketplace platform that enables independent third-party sellers (“Vendors”) to sell products directly to customers.
All returns, refunds, and exchanges are processed in coordination with the respective Vendor.


1. Return Policy

Products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below:

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • The item must include original packaging, tags, and invoice
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear will not be accepted

Return requests must be initiated within the specified return window.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (such as food items and groceries)
  • Personal care and hygiene products (if opened or used)
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Items marked as “Non-returnable” on the product page

3. Electronics Products (Special Condition)

Certain electronics products listed on the Platform may be fulfilled by third-party partners such as Big Passport.

  • Returns, refunds, and exchanges for such products will be governed by the respective partner/vendor policy
  • Customers are advised to review the product-specific policy before placing an order

4. Refund Policy

Once a returned product is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified regarding approval or rejection of the refund
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Mode of Refund:

  • Online payments → Refunded to original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) → Refunded via bank transfer or store credit

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide supporting images or videos for verification

After verification:

  • A replacement or full refund will be arranged at no additional cost

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
  • However, you may request a return after delivery (if eligible)

7. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless:
    • Product is defective
    • Wrong item is delivered

8. Vendor Responsibility (Marketplace Clause)

As a marketplace platform:

  • Vendors are responsible for:
    • Product quality
    • Return approvals
    • Replacement/refund decisions

ShoppingKarle facilitates the process but does not directly control Vendor decisions.
